All the solutions given by astro Shiva Ram regarding Horoscope reports, birth charts, pooja advices, Yantras, gemstone recommendations etc are given to you only on your request or purchase of services online. We do not force anyone to follow our suggestions. You will be solely responsible for your decisions.

All payment transactions are handled through PayPal service. We don't keep any of your credit card information. Everything is handled by PayPal service only.

We maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Personal information includes birth details, contact information, your horoscope, analysis of your horoscope, your questions and any answers provided by us either by phone/mail/in-person.

Return Policy : Items sold on by astro Shiva Ram directly cannot be cancelled once your customized yantra's are made. However, if you want to cancel your order, making charges, wastage of metal charges and pooja charges will be deducted. We don't accept any returns for refund once item shipped. Items can be exchanged within a period of 1 week, in return for any other item equal to or more than the original purchase amount. Actual exchange amount will be less than the purchase amount, as the shipping, labor, wastage, pooja charges, will be deducted. The final exchange value will be decided by the seller. We don't give any guarantee for results of the yantra's or gemstones. Astrologers just guide you as per vedic astrology. Purchase at your own risk.

Poojas: You can cancel your ordered Pooja service atleast before 24 hrs to get refund. Once poojas are done, no refund would be provided. We cannot give any guarantee for results of the poojas.God is the supreme power. Astrologers can just guide. They suggest remedies, poojas based on Hindu vedic astrology. We do not force you to do poojas in our Ashram temple. You can do poojas anywhere, as per your convenience.

Astro Shiva Ram, offers the best solution for your problems but he takes no responsibility regarding the mishandling of the information derived from varied sources such as website, telephone, email , personal interaction or any other source. He does not bear the responsibility for any kind of personal loss caused due to his services.

Astro Shiva Ram also does not offer any guarantee for any kind of personal or financial loss caused through his services. All the fees paid by credit card, cash, cheque or by any other means in lieu of the services are non- refundable in any circumstance. It is not necessary that relationship related services would work well equally for all. Results would vary from one couple to another.
